In general, we will train together in 90-minutes sessions. During such a training session you will work together with a partner on whatever it is you want to work on. Most of us will work on our next Kyu, but you are free to work on any technique or skill you want. And of course you don’t have to work on the same thing as your partner, just take turns once in while. Every 30 Minutes we will ring a bell and you change your partner.
There’s two exceptions to your self-organized training:
To start the day, we begin with a classical 2h morning training with instructed stretching, rolling and Cheng Hsin basics.
And after lunch we give you the opportunity to teach a short (20-60 minutes) Workshop, just in case you want to share something with the group.
